Root veggie salad



 
                                                                   Butter Nut squash


                                                                          Beets


                                                                 Sweet Potatoes

               Arrange in a tray. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil and roast until tender.




Served on a bed of baby spinach. Add feta cheese and pine nuts. 
Enjoy!!!
